FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What do I wear to pole or yoga class?
Shorts (as short as you feel comfortable wearing. "Swooshy" material is not recommended) and a tank-top is recommended. No Oils, Lotions, dangling jewelry or rings. Most students prefer to go barefoot and heels are optional (no clogs, make sure they have a back to them and support the ankle). Yoga

2. Do I need to bring my own mat for yoga/pole?
Bringing your own mat is recommend. We offer a limited number of mats to borrow.
3. I have no upper body strength, can I still try pole?
Of course! We work with all different body types and fitness abilities. You need no prior experience to start Intro to Pole. All of our classes feature conditioning exercises to help you gain the strength needed for pole.

6. How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

. Cancellation policies apply (see membership contract for details), cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next Auto-Debit date, in order to guarantee that the system will process the cancellation in time.
6. How do I freeze my membership?
All freeze requests must be made in writing via an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Freeze requests must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to your requested freeze date. Membership students can freeze their account for up to 90 days. The first 30 days are free, there is a $25 freeze fee for each 30 days thereafter. Freeze fees are waived for injuries or illness with a doctors note.
