POLE CLASSES


Come get fit the newest and sexiest way possible with Pole fitness by Elite. Learn how to flow, climb and invert your way around the Pole. Our classes range from complete beginner to advance! We will help you gain the skills and strength needed to master the beauty of Pole Fitness.

    

INTRO TO POLE


Intro to Pole is for our Pole newbies! You do not need any prior dance or fitness experience for this class. You will learn the basics of pole and strength exercises needed to advance.


POLE LEVEL 1


You must have taken Intro to Pole and have permission from our instructors to advance to this next level of Pole. In level 1 you will be climbing, strengthening, spinning and learning basic inversions.


POLE LEVEL 2


Once you have mastered the basic inversions you are ready to move on to level 2! Learn advance spins, climbs, tricks and combos!

POLE LEVEL 3


Our most advance level at Elite. Advanced spins, climbs, leg hangs, and combos!!

POLE DANCE FLOW


One our most fun and sexy classes at Elite! This class focus's on dance flow choreography and transitions with the pole. Each class will feature a new dance combo. We offer two levels for this class, Beginner and Intermediate. Beginners is open to ALL levels, must have instructor approval to attend Intermediate Pole Flow.

POLE FLEXIBILITY AND CONDITIONING 


A full body strength training and flexibility class using the poles! Get fit, burn calories and enhance stamina on the pole. Recommended for ALL students. Must have taken Intro to Pole prior to starting this class.
