Pole FLOW: Beginner

This class is taught by:

Jessica Paris

Jessica has been pole dancing for 4 years. Though she's had no previous formal dance training she fell in love with the art and the strength that comes along with this unique and fun workout. Being a working musician has helped with dancing to the rhythm of the music, while being an Army Veteran has given her the determination and strength to keep advancing in her pole fitness journey. Jessica has performed in multiple Pole Showcases and most recently Jessica completed the 2017 Elite Pole Teacher Training program. Jessica brings a fun and lighthearted atmosphere to all of her pole classes.

Taylor S

Taylor (she/they) took her first Intro to Pole class in January 2020 and hasn’t looked back. While her fitness journey included childhood dance classes, completing two half marathons, and weight lifting, nothing made her feel as graceful and strong as pole dancing. She was invited to complete the Intro to Pole Teacher Training program at Elite in 2023 and is currently working on completing the Pole Level 1-2 Teacher Training. Taylor’s goal as an instructor is to ensure every student feels welcome and can confidently express themselves through pole dance. When she is not at the studio, she is at the gym or home with her two cats.
This class is a fun, sexy, pole class which focus's on dance flow choreography with the pole. Each class will feature a new dance combo. This class is open to all beginner and Intro level students. Must have taken at least three Intro to Pole class prior to starting this class.
