Jane Fish

Jane first stepped into a pole studio at her friend’s suggestion 8 years ago and remembers being completely enthralled by the amount of strength, flexibility and grace involved in the sport! That first spin around the pole changed the course of her life, not only in a physical sense, as yes, she can now do push-ups as a result, but it completely awakened all her senses and helped transform the trajectory of her journey. Movement has the power to release, renew and revive and she thinks that dancing using the pole as an apparatus can be both incredibly empowering and healing at the same time.

Jane has been teaching pole fitness, aerial hammock, aerial yoga, choreography and facilitating improvisation movement experiences for over 6 years.

Jane Fish instructs the following:
  • Mixed Level Pole
  • Since fewer people are available during the daytime, our weekday morning classes are open to ALL Levels. The instructor will modify the class to each student's level (which means some students may be working on completely different things). This style of class can be slightly faster paced and less organized. If you are new to pole we require that you take at least 3 Intro to Pole class before attending any Mixed Level classes.
