Brandie M.

Brandie began her journey in movement practicing vinyasa yoga which led her to eventually lead classes at her home studio and community. Searching for a creative outlet, Brandie signed up for her first pole class in 2018 and has been dancing ever since. Brandie enjoys low flow freestyle where she explores technique, shapes, and sensuality. In her classes, she creates a playful space for students to simply have fun while expressing themselves authentically.


Brandie M. instructs the following:
  • Pole FLOW: Beginner Level
  • This is our foundational level Flow class! We will start with a warm-up, and then learn a piece of basic choreography together to “perform” for ourselves (and your cameras, if you like) at the end of class. We do require that students have taken a minimum of 3 Intro to Pole classes prior to their first Flow class, as we want you to have some familiarity with pole and the basic spins to help follow the choreography as it is taught. Knee pads and socks are strongly recommended (heels optional).
